Need help with Netlogon Event ID 5782

Win2k Adv Server running AD.
In my server security log, I see this error logged every two hours:

Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed
with the following error:

No DNS servers configured for local system.

However, we do have the dns server configured.
For the Fwd Lookup zone properties, I see this in the Name Servers tab:
Server Name IP Address
server.servername.com [192.168.0.1][169.254.173.155]


The first IP of 192.168.0.1 is our router IP. The second, I have no clue
where that came from and am unable to Ping it. I'm the new Sys.Admin for a
small company trying to figure out what years of consultants have done.

Ideas/Suggestions? Anything else I can provide that might shed more light?
