Need HELP with ALCXWDM.SYS crashes! PLEASE!!!

I am starting to recieve alot of 'Blue Screen of Death' with these:

ALCXWDM.SYS

KS.SYS

KMIXER.SYS

I tried to reinstall my Audio Drivers AC'97 Audio CODEC (ALCXWDM.SYS) Old &
New! But it doesnt help.
Anyone know the fix for this? Its starting to really really BUG me!

Never get drivers from Microsoft, get them from the manufacturer.

Use the original driver that came with the mobo - MS updates often cause
problems.

Or get drivers here.
