Need help restoring files

Bought new PC. Backed up old hard drive. Restored old onto new drive. The old
mail, favorites, history, etc do not show when I open MS Explorer or Outlook
express. How can I get them in the new folders? Thanks

How, and with what did you backup old?
How did you restore?
Your simplest option would have been to install old drive as slave on the
new PC

Backed up with MS backup utility nad restored with restore. All my other
files (my docs, pics, music and all application data) were restored to
folders I can retrieve. It's just my old email folders and address book from
outlook that I need. Thanks

The OL data is contained in a pst file, by default outlook.pst
If you overwrote any existing pst file then it is likely that the pst was
corrupted.
You dont mention your version of OL, so generally start OL, if it complains
about a missing data file browse to this pst.
But then you mentioned Outlook Express in an earlier post, a completely
different app
