If you're asking for someone to develop your database for you from
scratch, you're going beyond what's appropriate for unpaid volunteers.

Please post a description of your table structure with tablenames and
fieldnames, and indicate which fields contain the information needed
to do your calculations.

I have no idea whatsoever what you mean by "below 'cancelle'
compleated". That appears to be something that you put on your form,
but it's certainly not an Access feature!
so that when i click that it should open a seperate form i tried
different thing that showed on toolbox, toogle button , sub form / report but

Try opening the toolbox; make sure the magic wand icon is selected;
and choose the command button tool. One of the options you will get is
to "Open a Form". Follow the wizard steps. I presume that your second
form already exists and you just want to open it.
