Hi All,
I hope someone can help me. I cannot seem to be able to "send" a
page via e-mail when I am in IE6. I click on "Send" but nothing
happens. Under Tools>Programs I have my E-Mail pgm , Pegasus, listed.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to be able to send a page via
e-mail.
Thanks

Go to Start | Run and type the following:

"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg

(Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure that is correct)

Make certain to include the quotations marks and the space between the
ending quotation mark and the slash. Recommend if the path is correct, you
just copy/paste the line above into the Start/Run line.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools\Internet Options\Programs and
set OE as the default mail (and news) program.

If you only experience a problem when attempting to send a link, then also
look at this KB article for a registry edit that may be of help:

OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work w. Outlook Express:

Hi Mac, I followed your directions and it seems to work. So thanks for
that help. I did notice something funny. I sent a page to myself at
Yahoo. The page did come through but it was broken up into text and
seperate images. Oerhaps it was just that site. I will go and play
some more. Again, Thanks, Senior
