need help badly

i have two problems first i have a problem with my
favorites i erase them and when i turn the computer off
and then back on they appear again so i can't delete them
for good so that's one. the other is i can't seem to set
my homepage because i set it then it goes to some other
website i don't want how can i fix these problems please

You seem to have a hijacked browser. You should run programs like Ad-Aware
or Spybot: Search and Destroy to make sure there is nothing on your system
causing this behaviour. You may need to repair the problem afterwards, but
this would be a first step.

Had similar problem. you have some spyware/adware that has hijacked your computer. You can download several types of spyware removal programs from the internet. None will fix the problem unless you purchase but most will show you were the problems are and you can manualy remove. You can Check windows/downloaded program files for anything that looks unusual. I have spent hours trying to fix mine and I still dont have it back 100%. I have to type http:// when I use the address bar rather than just www. There are reg keys that need attention, all temp folders have to be cleaned out. Its a mess. you can download "advanced searchbar and get a "homepage lock program that works well but doesnt actually solve the problem. Unless you are very good at working out problems with computers i would by the best spyware program you can find. I'm not sure which one is best. good luck
