Need fix for re-ass .PPS files

PPS files thru email just doesn't like them, they say to associate PPS files
with the viewer, I installed 2003 MS viewer and it works fine if I download
the email file to desktop But refuses to work inside of OE6.... I've seen a
fix somewhere but can't find same.
