Need a lil bit of help

I am running into a lot of adware, such as Search toolbar and 207.net. how can I get rig of this? I have Mcafee.:wall:
I also show Python2.1 ans 2.2 and 6in1 what is this?

Adaware and Ccleaner

Just do a simple search in Google or Yahoo they will pop up
 
Go to Spywarepoint and download/run Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Spywareblaster, Windows Defender - all free.

Then as TD suggests, run CCleaner to remove any rubbish on your PC.

Run the Spyware apps in Safe Mode for best effect ;)
