Need a copy of TTYUI.HLP

Is there a website from which I can download it?

I need it in order to install a generic text printer driver to print to a
..txt file.

I seem to have a copy of it from an original Windows XP SP1 OS.

I just found one about two minutes ago on a co-worker's machine (after trying
