NAS drive with gigabit ethernet and large files?

Just wondering if there is a decent NAS drive with gigabit ethernet and can
handle large (6gig) files?

....would be great if it was Linux hackable for adding features.

They have some other similar stuff on their 'site too, some
might even be same piece of hardware with different drive
and/or OS config.
