Naming information cannot be located: Library not registered

Has anyone seen this error message? Any idea what would be
causing it?
I get it when I start an MMC console on a Windows 2K Pro
machine. It was working fine the day before and nothing
has changed within the domain that I am aware of. This
seems like a service related issue, but I couldn't find
anything in the MS KB.
 
Try reinstalling the admin tools. Base on the error it seems that one of
the dlls used by the admin tools may not be registered. Reinstalling the
tools should reregister the dlls if this is the case.

That was exactly my thought as well. I already tried that
and it didn't work. I still haven't found anything in the
KB about it either.
