Name of exe-file that launches MS-IE explorer

I have installed Firefox, but need to start IE as Firefox cannot "save as
text" when opening an ftp-file. I have tried to locate ie.exe and ie6.exe,
but neither of these exist on my harddisk. How do I then launch IE6? (I have
not removed IE but only deleted all icons with the blue browser logo) .
Thanks.

The executable is iexplore.exe
The normal path is:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE

If you have removed all files with blue browser icons, then you have
probably removed it.

One of the nice things about Firefox is the ability to add Extension to the
browser.
A handy one is "ieview". Once it is downloaded, right click any where on
the page and select "View this page in IE". It opens IE, and leaves Firefox
open in the background. For info and downloads go to -
