MyIE2 Questions

I just started using MyIE2 and I think it's great but there are two things I
can't figure out.

1. When I click on a bookmark it opens a new browser but doesn't switch to
it. Is there a way to tell MyIE2 to switch to the new window automatically?

2. MyIE2 is not displaying icons that I had saved for all my bookmarks. Is
there a way to display the icons?

Thank you.

Thank you.

1. Select MyIE2 options from the options menu. Select Window from the
left side of the dialog list and check the activate new window box.

2. Next, select Favorites from left side of the dialog list and check
the show system icons in favorites box. Save your settings by clicking OK
on the bottom right.

And be sure you have the latest version. Both problems are fixed with
it

Thank you, Terry. This solved the window activation question but not the
icon display problem. I just downloaded the program last night and it is
the latest version # 2070. If it means anything MyIE2 automatically sorted
the bookmarks by alphabetical order after they were imported from Internet
Explorer. This is not the way I had them or the way that I want them.
Also, as for the icons, when I right click a bookmark and check properties
the icon is properly selected but MyIE2 just ignores displaying it. These
are minor issues since I really think it's a great program but it would be
nice to have my icons back. Thanks again. --Rip

I'm fairly new to MyIE2 too. I have used it regularly only for a few
days. As for the icons, perhaps someone more knowledgable has the
answer.

One of the BEST features of My IE2 is the My IE2 forums, located at http://www.overseasky.net/myie2/forum_new/default.asp . Enjoy.
