MyIE2/Maxthon question

Trying out MyIE2. One easy question and 2 bonus questions.
Tabs - Every time I open a new web site in MyIE2, it opens under a
new tab. I don't like this but can find no way to default this to the
way IE works. Any way to open new pages without a new tab?
Bonus
MyIE2 HELP seems incomplete - for example, Options shows a 'Boss' key
but I can find no mention in OnLine Help. How do I find Help for
features not mentioned in Help?
In IE, when I hit ALT|A, I get the Favorites drop-down menu. In MyIE2
I have to hit ALT|ALT|A. Is this normal?

Easy configurable.

My boss key combo was set to CTRL+`, and it brought up the task switcher.

I re-set it to CTRL+x for the hot key, and it worked beautifully. It was
gone in a millisecond. Pressing CTRL+x again popped it right back up.

Options>MyIE2 options>new

Ask here, or go to the forum http://m2.overseasky.net/
The bosskey is a keyboard shortcut to hide MyIE2 and it's tray-icon in case
you want to hide it quick for someone walking while you're browsing
'delicate subjects'. Press it again and it returns.

In my version (0.9.27.68) ALT A is enough to open the favorites.

OK, I found Options>MyIE2 options>New. Which option there eliminates a
new tab when I go to a new web site? (And how do I open a new tab if I
want?)

Go to a new website from where ? How ? (typed url, link, favorite, etc.)
Uncheck them all, try to switch them on one by one and see what they do.
Trust me, you can't break it.
