my web sites folders

While deleting web site files and folders from my practice sessions,I deleted the entire "My Web Sites " folder
And wasn't able to recover it from the recycle bin.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Frontpage several time
but the folder never shows up in "my documents".Can anybody suggest some thing I can do.

Create a new web site and the folder should "appear"
