My Web browser keeps on crashing

I am running both IE and Firefox on my PC but they keep shutting down at what
seem to be random times.

I have sent an error report to MS and they advised me turn off the 3rd party
browser extensions (which I have done) but nothing has changed.

If anything it is more frequent.

Pls help.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
