How can I reconnect my scannner to my computer? I have
used my scanner in the past, but all of the sudden I am
getting a message box which says that there is no
connection to my scanner found. My scanner is hooked up
to my computer, the light is on etc. Can someone please
respond ASAP?

Have you loaded the software that came with the scanner?

Try rebooting first, check device manager anything
displayed? check your plug for the scanner, remove your
scanner from add/remove and reinstall

Make sure that your scanner drivers are up to date.
I have an older HP scanner that does this occasionally. The HP web site
recommended that you unplug the scanner for about 10 minutes, then plug it
in again. This worked on my computer and you may want to try it. Sometimes
a reboot works also.
