My program used to open with blue hues......

My program used to open with blue hues, now it is gray. This seems to be
since I downloaded the update for Windows XP. Can anyone tell me how to get
it back to blue?
 
By "Program", I assume you mean Microsoft Access, which is what this
newsgroup is about.

This isn't likely an Access problem. It's most likely a Windows XP issue.
Right click on your desktop and choose Properties.
