My processor is running at half speed.

My processor is running at 1.5, and the processor is a 2.3 ghz processor. I
think it has something to do with my laptops power settings. How do i make
it work at ifs full speed?

I think it's a BIOS setting. Go into the BIOS setup and see what options
you are offered.
