MY Printer won't print

Using Windows xp having trouble with my printer.
I can print anything from word or excel I just can't print anything
from the internet.
I've checked all of my connections. My rooter seems to be working
fine.
I just can't figure out the problem.

Brand and model would help. Did this printer work before this problem?
Have you done a print test? What is a 'rooter'? Printers have spoolers.
Try: Start>Run>type NET START SPOOLER and click OK
If still no go, check below. Make sure you disconnect printer first
before reinstalling. Do not connect to PC nor power outlet until
prompted to do so.
