My Picture (sub folders)

I have XP HE;
One problem I'm not able to solve is this one;

In My Pictures directory I have many sub-folders with the thumbnails
setting; but some folders seems to kept this setting while others will
revert back to List after closing and opening window explorer.

How can I have My Pictures sub folders use only the thumbnails ?

After you open the folder and select 'Thumbnails' close each folder by
going to 'File/Close'. The next time you open the folder it will open
showing thumbnails. You must use the File/Close to select the view
that you want with the folder.
