my personal website loads a dam pop-up on access

HELPP!!!!!!
Recently whenever I or anyone else accesses my personal
website (www.artistgreggy.com) a pop-up and/or a pop-
under appears a fter a few moments. I don't know how to
stop this from happening. Someone please help me as this
is extremely annoying not only to me but to visitors to
my website. I have run all the usual spybot checks etc
but still no help.
