my outlook send receive does not work since i signed on for msn p.

all was well with my outlook, until i joined up with the msn passport and got
a hotmail account. now when i click on send/receive nothing happens. i have
gone through the troubleshooting thing at microsoft but it does not work at
all. its as if my send receive has been completely disabled.

oh please help
 
If it is a new hotmail account you are unable to add it in Outlook without
paying for it through MSN. Try removing the hotmail account and see if that
brings it back.
