My outlook is not working, Please help!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve the problem for my microsoft
outlook? It seems to me that Inbox is reached the limitation of memory size,
which contains over 100000 unread emails, and at this moment, it does not
work properly. Whenever I open microsoft outlook, select the Inbox folder and
try to delete any useless emails, at this moment, the outlook is not
responding to display emails, therefore I never have any chance to reduce the
size of Inbox at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
Eric

Have you tried opening Outlook in safe mode or working offline (it's under
File)?
Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

You don't say what version of Outlook you're using?
