HELP - My Inbox is full, and Outlook closes automatically

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve the problem for Outlook?
It seems to me that the maximum size for Inbox is reached, and outlook
closes automatically when I open it. I get no chance to delete any emails,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

This utility does seem to solve the problem, I have checked the size for
outlook.pst, which is 9.6 GB, I receive Run-time error '52':
Bad file name or number

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

What version of Outlook do you have? A pre-2003 version?

The type of connection, Exchange?
