MY OPEN window

Everyone knows when you right click on anything, Open
comes up first, NOT MINE - It did, it doesn't now. My
first option is SEARCH, second is EXPLORE, third is PAINT
SHOP PRO and then OPEN. So, when downloading anything, it
tries to open but SEARCH comes up first and after some 10
open windows, I scream. Anyone else have this problem? I
also know that I didn't change anything in the course of
time that this happened. What Next?
 
Click Start | Run | type "regsvr32 /i shell32" and press Enter.
