My Journal is set up to work but its recording nothing. Any help?

I am using Outlook 2003 on my deskyop and laptop. The settings are the same
but my laptop will not record my Journal entries even though it has been set
up to do so. Anyone any ideas?

There are several complaints in this discussion group from people who are
having this problem. Some with Outlook 2007 and others with the 2003 version.

Like CDSAQS I am among those who are having difficulty with Office 2003.
Although I have checked all the appropriate boxes under "Also record files
from", Outlook tracks e-mail messages and meeting requests/responses only.

Can anyone offer any insight?
