My icons and browsers are encoded? Help!

When attempting to use Microsoft Word, somehow I changed my icons, browsers,
and even the icons to get into my control panel,etc into some form of
encoding instead of in English. Can someone help me fix this?? Please!!

This is a forms coding newsgroup for Access. Access is a database
application that is part of MS Office Professional.

Sounds like you should be posting to a Word newsgroup, not an Access
newsgroup.
