My games are blocked, help?

Well, please don't abuse me, I didn't do anything bad with my computer
I just want to paly games! I'm blocked and I found this 'porn blocker
(http://tinyurl.com/26zrktc) in my computer. I thinks it blocks m
games, but I can't remove it. I'm not the admin. I don't mean to disabl
it, I just want my games back. Would that be possible?
PS. I use Win 7 Home Pre, and I want to play StarCraf

Windows includes an undeletable Admin. account for emergency
use, usually loaded by keying Ctl-Alt-Del to the logon prompt.

The person that *is* the administrator can configure the 'blocker' for
you.
