A week ago, Outlook quit allowing me to insert files. When I click on a file
group to open, so I can choose a file, the whole program freezes up, and I
get a "Not Responding" message. This also happens in Word, or even from the
Jump Drive. The only way I can acess my files is to go to My Computer and
click on them there. Then they will open in Word or Powerpoint, etc., but I
still can't insert them in an email message in Outlook.
