My E-mail Accounts

I have my email account with yahoo, however I sometimes would like to use
Outlook or Microsoft. I have trouble transferring my email properties from
Yahoo to Outlook.

Also when I try to open certain documents they show up in code. How can I
convert these back to the original font so that I may use them?
