my documents and my computer

for a while now i have been unable to open my documents, my computer and
other files i have saved. i am unsure why this has happened does any one have
any ideas why and how 2 rectify this problem?

Based on the amount of detail you provided, no clue.

What were you doing on the computer before the problem started?

Thought about viruses or spyware?
