My display and text is messed up on Administrator (Win2KPro)

My Display settings on my administrator user are semmingly
unfixable. I had accidentaly set my dispay options on high
contrast mode, but I managed to fix my wallpaper and 3D
objects to the way they were before. But, i still can't
manage to fix the text size, and when I tried to go online
for support, "e"s were as big as my window. Also, my IE
refuses to display colors that HTML pages are supposed to
display. Please help: It's not my computer!

try clicking Start>Settings>Control Panel>if your panel is in category view...click it to classic view on upper left of page...click on Taskbar and Start Menu,or Accessibility Options or Display to view some options
