IE & OE Display/Fonts Really Messed Up - Now Corrected

I had a problem with my IE and OE displays being messed up, really screwed
up. Some things were oversized, overlapping, missing colors,some programs
colors were not showing ect. This was AFTER installing drivers for a Samsung
Flat Panel monitor # 712N Black.
I finally FOUND the problem. The flat panel drivers changed a setting in
the control panel. TO CORRECT: Go to Control Panel > Accessibility Options
Display. UNCHECK Use High Contrast.

Wes, I didn't mean my above thanks to sound derogatory, which it looks like
it is. What you helped me with on OE worked, and I really did appricate it.
Gotta be careful with statements on here, LOL. Thanks again.
