Installing IE and OE

I am running WinXP. SP2. Someway, when I connected a new flatpanel,
something really got screwed up(I suppose with drivers). I've taken the
flatpanel back and uninstalled its drivers.....uninstall didn't help. My IE
doesn't look quite right. and all the letters I type in the Search block are
large bold. My OE will not change the font sizes. The question is: Can I
download a new IE and OE over what I have? All I can seem to find is IE
SP1, or am I just whistling in the wind? All my other programs/fonts are
fine. Firefox is ok. Things just got screwed up in IE and OE. I put my
CRT back on line and nothing changed.

Thanks Wes. I think I have OE straightened out so its useable now. At
least the font sizes change on demand. However, IE won't cooperate. I have
all the setting right, but on the text I have to put it on the smallest.
Otherwise, it looks as if I'm looking through a magnifying glass. The Yahoo
colors are not exactly right, and Hotsheet doesn't show in red as it use
too.
I tried to download IE 6, but it won't let me. I think I need a repair on
it of some sort.
