my default text in word and outlook 2007 has become very large

All of a sudden Outlook messages and Word documents have very large text, but
it is not a font. The font size is 10 but the text is huge.
 
I did not know about the Zoom Factor. That was the problem and it has been
fixed. Thanks a million.
