Power down, and using a paper clip, unbend it and insert into the small hole
just beneath the tray. This will eject the drive so you can get it out.
Can't think of a software problem stopping the CD Drive opening but sounds
like hardware failure to me. Try a reboot to see if it ejects, if not, the
drives toast :-(
