My comp keeps rebooting on me

Hi can someone help me please my comp keeps rebooting on
me and i have no idea why it just started about 3 days ago
and is still doing it i shut it down to see if that was
the problem but it is still doing it hope someone can help
me out

Few things to look at, ok could be memory, video or your
power supply, did you install any software or make any changes
