USB comp. freezes

Anytime I connect anything to my usb ports my comp. freezes to th
point of having to reboot. This problem just started happening as
could always connect everything before without any problems.Someon
said it could be my power supply but it is new and more powerful than
really need. Any ideas anyone

Bad USB ports? You could see if getting a PCI USB port card and installing
that solves the problem, if it's bad USB ports on the motherboard, that is
the cheapest solution because after that, it's replacing the motherboard
itself.
