Hello
I keep getting a Code 28 while trying to troubleshoot my sound,and after
following the instructions from my device manager and scanning my cd still no
luck, can anyone give some suggestions?

You need to find out what sound driver you need.

First place is to locate the CD that came with your sound card or
computer.
