must restart to print

My printer has been working fine and all of a sudden it won't print unless i
restart my comp each time...what's going on? any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I dont ever get an error message, it's just that nothing happens. I went
through the troubleshooter and all of the settings were fine, i just had to
restart. this keeps happening though
