Hello,

My computer will not load Windows. All I see at startup
is a black screen with options to Start in Safe Mode, Safe
Mode with Networking..... Last Known Good Configuration
and Start Windows Normally. The computer just hangs if I
choose any of the last 2 options. If I choose Safe Mode,
it loads all files and hangs after mup.sys file. I
reloaded the OS with the Recovery feature and it started
fine a few times but then the problem starts again. I
have reloaded the OS many times and still same problem.
At one point I formated the HD and installed XP from
scratch and the problem still came back. Please help!
