Multiple Windows

Hi,

When I try to open explorer in a second window it closes
what is in my first window and replaces it. Therefore I
can only view one webpage at a time. This only happens
with explorer, all my other applications can have
multiple windows open.

Has anybody got any ideas what this could be? I have re-
installed explorer but no difference.

this same thing just started happening to me last night,
I have run spybot, virus scan and did a system restore
back to the night before and it is still happening. Any
help would be appreciated.
