Multiple Slide Masters and Copy/Paste Problem

N

NabilShuh

I have a presentation with 2 slide masters (A & B). When I copy a slide which
has master slide B applied to it and then paste it directly after a slide
with master slide A applied to it, it automatically gets the slide A master
slide applied to it. Is there anyway I can stop this happening?

NabilShuh,
Once you have pasted the slide there should be a little icon called paste
options appearing just under the slide, click it and choose keep source
formatting. If the icon does not appear, go to Tools - options - Edit tab -
see if there is a check next to show paste options buttons.

Luc, I am new at using PP. When I receive a PPPresentation in an e-mail, how
can I stop or pause the presentation to copy and paste or print a particular
scene?

Jake,
Try pressing escape, that should bring you to edit mode. To pause the
presentation press the S key of your keyboard. If you press F1 during the
slide show you will get a summary of all the keys and key combinations you
can use to influence your presentation.

Luc, thanks for your reply to my question. Perhaps I should be more precise
in the problem I am having. I receive several e-mails with beautiful photos
in slide presentations. When I get them in Corel Presentations I can pause it
and save the picture to file. I can't do that if it is sent to me in Power
Point. As per your instructions, when I pressed 'escape' I lost the
presentation. I can right-click and pause it, but I don't get the options to
copy or save it. That is my problem. Hope you can help me. Jake L.

Luc,
In my Microsoft Office Professional, I have installed, Word, Excel, Power
Point, Office Picture Manager, Publisher, Office Tools.... etc...
I went to Power Point and tried to insert the e-mail presentation and was
advised that Power Point could not open files from "Jantjebeton.pps."
Luc, I get a lot of beautiful photos in this presentation format and would
like to save individual photos.... how can I do that? Thanks for your
patience with me and your help.
