Hi,
Due to my work requirements, I use 2 different TCP/IP
settings for 2 different LANs. Every time when I attach
laptop to one of the LANs, I _manually_ replace
IP/DNS/Gateway addresses used for the 2nd LAN.
Is there a way to automate this? Though that is not
much work to modify 3-4 entries, but nevertheless...?

Sure, go to www.netswitcher.com and grab a copy of netswitcher. It's great, easy
to use and worth the money. If you want free, use the netsh command. Search help
for the commands necessary to save the settings but I personally think
netswitcher is the way to go.

Since moving between networks requires more than just connectivity
especialy if you are moving between domains you should try
MultiNetwork Manager
This product not only connects to the networks it can handle your
desktop as well
you will find it at www.globesoft.com
