Multiple game controllers on one system

I'm having a problem with getting a game to use one of the
game controllers on my system. There are 3 controllers connected. The
first in the WinXP game controller panel list is a Logitech Wingman
Formula Race Wheel that's connected via the USB port (using the WinXP
built-in driver). The second is a CH Flightstick Pro that uses my ESS
1938 Solo-1 soundcard's gameport (using the CH Products gameport
driver). The third is an Xbox Arcade Stick that I have connected to
the USB port using an Xbox to USB adaptor (WinXP just detects it as a
gamepad).
The game I'm trying to play is Flight Commander v1.4. It
doesn't have a way to choose which game device to use. In the WinXP
controller panel, the Advanced button lets you select which device you
want to assign to programs. I have CH Flightstick Pro selected, but
the game still wants to use the Logitech Wingman Formula Race Wheel.
WinXP Pro SP2 is updated with a`ll thge latest patches, and DX9.0c. Is
there a way to get WinXP to only allow the CH Flightstick Pro be used
by games without having to unplug the other game devices?

You can disable devices in devmgmt.msc at the Properties checkbox for that.
