multiple devices in device manager

hi i have a problem with my devices in device manager. i have 12x System
boards, 3x sis 7001 PCI to USB open host controllers, 4x sis acceleratted
graphics ports, 2x PCI bus, 2x ISAPNP read data ports and many more.
How do i know how many of each device i should have and which 1 to
uninstall? Any advice would be grately appreciated.
 
Uninstall them all under Device Manager
then reboot and let XP re-detect the devices
