Multi Language help needed

I have a Korean boss who has a full korean install of XP and Office on his
PC. From time to time I have to give some tech support, English and Korean
keyboard languages are available, but is it possible to switch the system
language too i.e. the dialog box language, menus, start menu etc so i can see
what's what, then switch it back to korean again afterwards?

Every time I ask this, I get a ream of people telling me how to change the
keyboard language etc - that's not what i am after, I need to change the
system language.

You would need the Korean MUI packs (for each of XP and Office) which
are only available via special corporate licenses, not to end-users.
