korean language app.

Greetings--

When I had W98, I had a MS app. that allowed typing of Korean and
Chinese characters--it made an icon in the system tray, where the
feature could be switched between different languages.

Is there such an app.for XP (for sending e-mails in Korean)?

Also, I have MS Word 2003. Is there a way to type Korean in this app?
I tried to follow the instructions to enable Korean, but it doesn't work
(or more likely, I don't understand what the instructions are talking
about.)

Thanks

Jim
