MSVC32i error

Has anyone seen this error pop up before when starting up
XP home. It indicates the application associated with it
cant run and it must shut down the process (not sure what
this process does though).

I recently installed the Blaster patch an ran the
Fixblast utility from Symantec to get rid of the worm.
The utility reported as it should have in eliminating it.
On new startup the MsVC32i error appeared.

Any help will be most appreciated.

scan your system with adware/spybot (spyware).
